Short version: your trip data — every destination, date and price you enter — is stored locally in your own browser; we have no server-side trip database and no user accounts. A few individual actions do talk to outside services on your behalf: location search goes straight to Geoapify, flight search goes through our own server to Duffel, and some booking or price-check links use affiliate partners, as explained below. None of these see your trip as a whole, and none of them leaves Viamero holding a copy of it — each only ever handles the one search or link it's asked for, then moves on. We also use one cookieless analytics tool for basic visit counts and a small number of anonymous product events (like "a trip was created") — no tracking cookies. The Meta Pixel is the only thing that's genuinely off by default: it only loads and sets cookies after you actively opt in via the marketing-cookies choice on every page.

1. The Viamero app (viamero.com/demo and viamero.com/plan)

The Viamero app has no database and no user accounts. Your saved trip data — every destination, date and price you enter — is stored locally in your own browser's local storage (LocalStorage) on your own device. Viamero does not maintain a server-side copy of your trip or a trip database. If you clear your browser data or use a different device or browser, that data is gone — we cannot recover it, because we never had it.

This doesn't mean no information is ever sent anywhere. When you actively use certain features — for example searching for a location or a flight, or following an affiliate link — individual details needed for that specific action are transmitted to the relevant service, as explained in the sections below. None of these features send your whole trip, and none of them results in Viamero keeping a copy of it afterward.

We also run a small number of serverless functions for features such as flight search and certain affiliate-link integrations, as described in the relevant sections below. Each of these only processes the specific search or link request it's given and does not maintain a server-side copy of your trip.

When you follow an affiliate link, our affiliate networks and booking partners may process data required for referral and conversion tracking, as described in section 2 below.

Beyond following an affiliate link, the app does not use cookies and does not require an account, email address, or any other personal information to use. It does send a small number of anonymous, aggregate product events to our cookieless analytics tool, described in section 3.2 — for example, that a trip was created, a destination or item was added, a scenario was duplicated, a booking-provider link was clicked, or the share function was used. These events never include your actual trip content (destinations, dates, prices, or anything else you've entered) — only the fact that the action happened.

Two more features work the same way, entirely on your own device: exporting a trip creates a file that downloads directly from your browser, and importing a trip reads a file you choose, entirely locally — in neither case does any data pass through a Viamero server. Likewise, sharing a trip opens your own device's email app with a pre-filled message; it does not send anything to us either.

2. Affiliate links and tracking

Viamero links to third-party travel and booking providers so you can check prices, availability or continue your booking on their websites. Some of these links are affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and later make a booking, Viamero may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate links may contain tracking or referral parameters that allow the relevant affiliate network or booking provider to attribute a visit or booking to Viamero. In this context, the provider or affiliate network may process information such as the referring page, time of the click, and browser or device information.

Any cookies or similar tracking technologies used after you leave Viamero are generally controlled by the respective third-party website and are subject to that provider's own privacy and consent practices.

Where Viamero uses an affiliate network or other service to generate booking links, additional information about the relevant data processing is provided below.

3. This website (viamero.com)

We process the following limited data when you visit this marketing website:

3.1 Server log files (hosting)

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like virtually every web host, Netlify's servers automatically log standard technical information for each request — such as IP address, browser type and version, referring page, date and time — for the purposes of operating, securing and debugging the website. We do not combine this data with any other data source, and we do not use it for profiling or marketing. These logs are kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes, in line with Netlify's own retention practices, and are not retained by us separately. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the secure and reliable operation of our website. For details on Netlify's own processing, see Netlify's Privacy Policy.

3.1b Flight search — rate limiting

When you search for flights inside the app, your request passes through our own server before reaching our flight-data provider, Duffel. To protect this search endpoint against automated abuse and unnecessary cost, our server temporarily keeps track of your IP address in memory, purely to enforce a request-rate limit (currently around 15 searches per minute). This IP address is never written to a log file, database, or any other persistent storage — it exists only in the server's working memory for a rolling 60-second window and is then discarded automatically. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting this endpoint from abuse and controlling operating costs.

3.1c Location search (Geoapify)

When you type a place, airport, or address into a search field — for example to set your trip's start or end location, or when entering other locations in the planner — your input is sent directly from your own browser to Geoapify GmbH (Gersthofen, Germany), so it can show you matching suggestions. This request goes straight from your device to Geoapify's servers; it is not routed through, logged by, or stored on any Viamero server. As with any direct request to an external API, your IP address is visible to Geoapify as part of that request. Geoapify's services run on infrastructure located in the EU. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing functional location search, a core part of the planning tool. For details, see Geoapify's Privacy Policy.

3.1d Travelpayouts affiliate links

Viamero uses Travelpayouts (operated by Go Travel Un Limited, Hong Kong) to provide affiliate links to selected travel services. These links contain referral information that allows visits and subsequent bookings to be attributed to Viamero.

When you follow such a link, the relevant travel provider and/or Travelpayouts may process technical and referral information, such as your IP address, browser or device information, time of the visit and Viamero's affiliate identifier, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

As Travelpayouts is operated outside the EU/EEA, the use of its services may involve an international transfer of personal data. Please refer to Travelpayouts' Privacy Policy for further information.

3.2 Website & app analytics

We use Umami, in a cookieless configuration, to collect aggregate usage statistics for this website and the app. Umami does not use cookies or any other persistent identifier — visits are matched only via a rotating, non-persistent technical hash, not a raw IP address or any other identifier tied to you.

On this marketing website, Umami records basic visit counts — page views, referring pages, and country-level location, derived briefly from your IP address, which is not stored by Umami.

Inside the app, Umami additionally records the small number of named product events listed in section 1 (for example, that a trip was created or a booking-provider link was clicked). These events are aggregate counts of actions, not a record tied back to you as an identifiable person, and never include the trip content itself.

Because this configuration does not use cookies or store persistent identifiers, we rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — rather than consent — as the legal basis for this processing. More information is available in Umami's Privacy Policy.

3.2b Marketing cookies: Meta Pixel

Unlike the analytics above, the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) is a marketing cookie and is off by default. It only loads, sets its cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrived via an ad link), and sends any data after you actively click "Accept marketing" in the privacy choices banner shown on every page — never before, and never as a result of scrolling, closing the banner, or simply continuing to browse.

Purpose: to measure how our advertising campaigns (for example on Instagram and Facebook) perform and to understand what people do after clicking one of our ads — for instance, whether they start planning a trip or create one. We use standard Meta Pixel events plus a small number of custom events tied to specific in-app actions (starting the planner, creating a trip, creating an additional scenario). These events never include your actual trip content, and we do not send Meta your name, email address, or any other directly identifying information.

You can change or withdraw this consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of this site, or the "Privacy" section of the app's Settings page. Withdrawing stops all further Meta Pixel activity and removes the _fbp/_fbc cookies on our domain. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. 3.3 Fonts

This website uses the fonts "Raleway" and "Fraunces", served directly from our own hosting rather than from Google's or any other third-party font server. Loading a page does not connect your browser to Google or any other external font provider, and no data is transmitted to a third party for this purpose.

3.4 Contact by email

Where this site links to info@viamero.com, clicking it simply opens your own email application — no data is collected or stored by us in that process. Any email you then choose to send us is processed only to respond to your inquiry, and is not shared with third parties.

4. Cookies and local storage

On viamero.com itself, the only cookies we use are the Meta Pixel's _fbp/_fbc cookies described in section 3.2b — and only if you've actively opted in. The analytics tool described in section 3.2 remains cookieless by design.

This is separate from any cookies or similar tracking technologies that external booking or affiliate providers may set on their own websites once you follow a link away from Viamero, as described in section 2 above — those are controlled by the relevant provider and governed by their own privacy and consent practices, not by us.

Beyond cookies, the only browser storage we control directly is a small number of LocalStorage entries on your own device, used only to make the site and app work the way you'd expect:

These LocalStorage entries are used only to remember your data, preferences and privacy choices on your own device. They are not used to track your activity across websites and are not transmitted to Viamero or to third parties. Your marketing-cookie choice simply determines whether the optional Meta Pixel described above is allowed to load.

As Viamero grows, we may update this policy when new features, integrations or data-processing activities affect how personal data is handled. We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever that happens.

Kurzfassung: Deine Reisedaten — jedes Ziel, Datum und jeder Preis, den du einträgst — werden lokal in deinem eigenen Browser gespeichert; wir haben keine serverseitige Reise-Datenbank und keine Nutzerkonten. Einige einzelne Aktionen sprechen dabei mit externen Diensten: Die Standortsuche geht direkt an Geoapify, die Flugsuche läuft über unseren eigenen Server zu Duffel, und manche Buchungs- oder Preisvergleichs-Links nutzen Affiliate-Partner, wie weiter unten erklärt. Keiner dieser Dienste sieht deine Reise als Ganzes, und keiner davon führt dazu, dass Viamero eine Kopie davon behält — jeder bearbeitet nur die eine Such- oder Link-Anfrage, um die er gebeten wird. Außerdem nutzen wir ein cookieloses Analyse-Tool für grobe Besuchszahlen und eine kleine Anzahl anonymer Produkt-Ereignisse (z. B. "eine Reise wurde erstellt") — keine Tracking-Cookies. Der Meta-Pixel ist das Einzige, das wirklich standardmäßig deaktiviert ist: Er lädt und setzt Cookies erst, nachdem du über die auf jeder Seite angebotene Marketing-Cookie-Option aktiv zugestimmt hast.

1. Die Viamero-App (viamero.com/demo und viamero.com/plan)

Die Viamero-App hat keine Datenbank und keine Nutzerkonten. Deine gespeicherten Reisedaten — jedes Ziel, Datum und jeder Preis, den du einträgst — werden lokal im Speicher deines eigenen Browsers (LocalStorage) auf deinem eigenen Gerät gespeichert. Viamero unterhält weder eine serverseitige Kopie deiner Reise noch eine Reise-Datenbank. Wenn du deine Browserdaten löschst oder ein anderes Gerät bzw. einen anderen Browser nutzt, sind diese Daten weg — wir können sie nicht wiederherstellen, weil wir sie nie hatten.

Das bedeutet nicht, dass niemals Informationen irgendwohin gesendet werden. Wenn du bestimmte Funktionen aktiv nutzt — zum Beispiel die Suche nach einem Ort oder einem Flug, oder das Folgen eines Affiliate-Links — werden einzelne, für diese Aktion benötigte Angaben an den jeweiligen Dienst übermittelt, wie in den folgenden Abschnitten erklärt. Keine dieser Funktionen sendet deine gesamte Reise, und keine führt dazu, dass Viamero danach eine Kopie davon behält.

Außerdem betreiben wir eine kleine Anzahl serverloser Funktionen für Funktionen wie die Flugsuche und bestimmte Affiliate-Link-Integrationen, wie in den entsprechenden Abschnitten weiter unten beschrieben. Jede von ihnen bearbeitet ausschließlich die eine Such- oder Link-Anfrage, die ihr übergeben wird, und führt keine serverseitige Kopie deiner Reise.

Wenn du einem Affiliate-Link folgst, können unsere Affiliate-Netzwerke und Buchungspartner Daten verarbeiten, die für das Referral- und Conversion-Tracking erforderlich sind, wie im folgenden Abschnitt 2 beschrieben.

Abgesehen vom Folgen eines Affiliate-Links verwendet die App keine Cookies und erfordert kein Konto, keine E-Mail-Adresse und keine sonstigen personenbezogenen Daten zur Nutzung. Sie sendet eine kleine Anzahl anonymer, aggregierter Produkt-Ereignisse an unser in Abschnitt 3.2 beschriebenes cookieloses Analyse-Tool — zum Beispiel, dass eine Reise erstellt, ein Ziel oder ein Eintrag hinzugefügt, ein Szenario dupliziert, ein Link zu einem Buchungsanbieter angeklickt oder die Teilen-Funktion genutzt wurde. Diese Ereignisse enthalten niemals deine tatsächlichen Reisedaten (Ziele, Daten, Preise oder sonstige Eingaben) — nur die Tatsache, dass die Aktion stattgefunden hat.

Zwei weitere Funktionen funktionieren genauso, vollständig auf deinem eigenen Gerät: Der Export einer Reise erzeugt eine Datei, die direkt aus deinem Browser heruntergeladen wird, und der Import einer Reise liest eine von dir gewählte Datei — ebenfalls rein lokal. In keinem der beiden Fälle laufen Daten über einen Viamero-Server. Auch das Teilen einer Reise öffnet lediglich das E-Mail-Programm deines eigenen Geräts mit einer vorausgefüllten Nachricht; auch dabei werden keine Daten an uns gesendet.

2. Affiliate-Links und Tracking

Viamero verlinkt zu Reise- und Buchungsanbietern Dritter, damit du dort Preise und Verfügbarkeiten prüfen oder deine Buchung fortsetzen kannst. Einige dieser Links sind Affiliate-Links. Wenn du einem Affiliate-Link folgst und später eine Buchung vornimmst, kann Viamero eine Provision erhalten – ohne zusätzliche Kosten für dich.

Affiliate-Links können Tracking- oder Referral-Parameter enthalten, die es dem jeweiligen Affiliate-Netzwerk oder Buchungsanbieter ermöglichen, einen Besuch oder eine Buchung Viamero zuzuordnen. Dabei können der Anbieter oder das Affiliate-Netzwerk Informationen wie die verweisende Seite, den Zeitpunkt des Klicks sowie Browser- oder Geräteinformationen verarbeiten.

Cookies oder ähnliche Tracking-Technologien, die verwendet werden, nachdem du Viamero verlassen hast, werden in der Regel von der jeweiligen Drittanbieter-Website kontrolliert und unterliegen deren eigenen Datenschutz- und Einwilligungspraktiken.

3. Diese Website (viamero.com)

Beim Besuch dieser Marketing-Website verarbeiten wir folgende, begrenzte Daten:

3.1 Server-Logdateien (Hosting)

Diese Website wird von Netlify, Inc. gehostet. Wie praktisch jeder Webhoster protokollieren Netlifys Server automatisch technische Standardinformationen zu jeder Anfrage — etwa IP-Adresse, Browsertyp und -version, verweisende Seite, Datum und Uhrzeit — zum Zweck des Betriebs, der Absicherung und der Fehlerbehebung der Website. Wir führen diese Daten nicht mit anderen Datenquellen zusammen und nutzen sie nicht für Profiling oder Marketing. Diese Logs werden nur so lange aufbewahrt, wie es für diese Zwecke erforderlich ist, entsprechend Netlifys eigener Aufbewahrungspraxis, und nicht zusätzlich von uns gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) am sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb unserer Website. 3.1b Flugsuche – Rate-Limiting

Wenn du in der App nach Flügen suchst, läuft deine Anfrage über unseren eigenen Server, bevor sie an unseren Flugdaten-Anbieter Duffel weitergeleitet wird. Um diesen Such-Endpunkt vor automatisiertem Missbrauch und unnötigen Kosten zu schützen, merkt sich unser Server deine IP-Adresse vorübergehend im Arbeitsspeicher — ausschließlich, um eine Obergrenze für Anfragen durchzusetzen (aktuell etwa 15 Suchanfragen pro Minute). Diese IP-Adresse wird niemals in eine Logdatei, Datenbank oder einen anderen dauerhaften Speicher geschrieben — sie existiert nur im Arbeitsspeicher des Servers für ein rollierendes 60-Sekunden-Fenster und wird danach automatisch verworfen. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) am Schutz dieses Endpunkts vor Missbrauch und an der Kontrolle der Betriebskosten.

3.1c Standortsuche (Geoapify)

Wenn du einen Ort, Flughafen oder eine Adresse in ein Suchfeld eingibst — zum Beispiel um den Start- oder Endpunkt deiner Reise festzulegen oder an anderer Stelle im Planer Orte einzugeben —, wird deine Eingabe direkt aus deinem Browser an die Geoapify GmbH (Gersthofen, Deutschland) gesendet, damit dir passende Vorschläge angezeigt werden können. Diese Anfrage geht direkt von deinem Gerät an die Server von Geoapify — sie wird nicht über einen Viamero-Server geleitet, dort protokolliert oder gespeichert. Wie bei jeder direkten Anfrage an eine externe API ist deine IP-Adresse für Geoapify im Rahmen dieser Anfrage sichtbar. Geoapifys Dienste laufen auf Infrastruktur innerhalb der EU. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) an einer funktionierenden Standortsuche, einem zentralen Bestandteil des Planungstools. 3.1d Travelpayouts-Affiliate-Links

Viamero nutzt Travelpayouts (betrieben von Go Travel Un Limited, Hongkong), um Affiliate-Links zu ausgewählten Reisedienstleistungen bereitzustellen. Diese Links enthalten Referral-Informationen, die es ermöglichen, Besuche und anschließende Buchungen Viamero zuzuordnen.

Wenn du einem solchen Link folgst, können der jeweilige Reiseanbieter und/oder Travelpayouts technische Informationen und Referral-Daten verarbeiten, etwa deine IP-Adresse, Browser- oder Geräteinformationen, den Zeitpunkt des Besuchs und Viameros Affiliate-Kennung, gemäß ihren eigenen Datenschutzerklärungen.

Da Travelpayouts außerhalb der EU/des EWR ansässig ist, kann die Nutzung des Dienstes eine internationale Übermittlung personenbezogener Daten mit sich bringen. Weitere Informationen findest du in der Datenschutzerklärung von Travelpayouts.

3.2 Website- & App-Analyse

Wir nutzen Umami in einer cookielosen Konfiguration, um aggregierte Nutzungsstatistiken für diese Website und die App zu erheben. Umami verwendet keine Cookies oder andere dauerhafte Kennungen — Besuche werden nur über einen rotierenden, nicht dauerhaften technischen Hash abgeglichen, nicht über deine rohe IP-Adresse oder eine andere dir zugeordnete Kennung.

Auf dieser Marketing-Website erfasst Umami grobe Besuchszahlen — Seitenaufrufe, verweisende Seiten und die Herkunft auf Länderebene, die kurzzeitig aus deiner IP-Adresse abgeleitet wird, welche von Umami nicht gespeichert wird.

Innerhalb der App erfasst Umami zusätzlich die in Abschnitt 1 genannten benannten Produkt-Ereignisse (zum Beispiel, dass eine Reise erstellt oder ein Link zu einem Buchungsanbieter angeklickt wurde). Diese Ereignisse sind aggregierte Zählungen von Aktionen, keine dir als Person zuordenbare Aufzeichnung, und enthalten niemals die Reisedaten selbst.

Da diese Konfiguration keine Cookies verwendet und keine dauerhaften Kennungen speichert, stützen wir uns für diese Verarbeitung auf berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) statt auf eine Einwilligung. Weitere Informationen findest du in Umamis Datenschutzerklärung.

3.2b Marketing-Cookies: Meta-Pixel

Anders als das oben genannte Analyse-Tool ist der Meta-Pixel (bereitgestellt von Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) ein Marketing-Cookie und standardmäßig deaktiviert. Er lädt erst, setzt seine Cookies (_fbp, und _fbc, falls du über einen Anzeigen-Link gekommen bist) und sendet Daten erst, nachdem du in den auf jeder Seite angezeigten Datenschutz-Einstellungen aktiv auf "Marketing akzeptieren" geklickt hast — niemals vorher und niemals durch Scrollen, Schließen des Banners oder einfaches Weiterbrowsen.

Zweck: um zu messen, wie unsere Werbekampagnen (z. B. auf Instagram und Facebook) performen, und um zu verstehen, was Menschen nach dem Klick auf eine unserer Anzeigen tun — zum Beispiel, ob sie mit der Reiseplanung beginnen oder eine Reise erstellen. Wir nutzen Standard-Ereignisse des Meta-Pixels sowie einige benutzerdefinierte Ereignisse, die an bestimmte In-App-Aktionen geknüpft sind (Start des Reiseplaners, Erstellen einer Reise, Erstellen eines zusätzlichen Szenarios). Diese Ereignisse enthalten niemals deine tatsächlichen Reisedaten, und wir senden Meta weder deinen Namen noch deine E-Mail-Adresse oder andere direkt identifizierende Informationen.

Du kannst diese Einwilligung jederzeit über den Link "Cookie-Einstellungen" im Footer dieser Website oder über den Bereich "Datenschutz" in den App-Einstellungen ändern oder widerrufen. Ein Widerruf stoppt jede weitere Aktivität des Meta-Pixels und entfernt die Cookies _fbp/_fbc auf unserer Domain. Rechtsgrundlage: deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die du jederzeit widerrufen kannst, ohne dass die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung berührt wird. 3.3 Schriftarten

Diese Website nutzt die Schriftarten "Raleway" und "Fraunces", die direkt von unserem eigenen Hosting ausgeliefert werden — nicht von Googles oder einem anderen externen Schriftarten-Server. Beim Laden einer Seite verbindet sich dein Browser dabei nicht mit Google oder einem anderen externen Schriftarten-Anbieter, und es werden zu diesem Zweck keine Daten an Dritte übertragen.

3.4 Kontakt per E-Mail

Wo diese Seite auf info@viamero.com verlinkt, öffnet ein Klick lediglich dein eigenes E-Mail-Programm — dabei werden von uns keine Daten erhoben oder gespeichert. Eine E-Mail, die du uns danach schickst, verarbeiten wir ausschließlich zur Beantwortung deiner Anfrage und geben sie nicht an Dritte weiter.

4. Cookies und lokaler Speicher

Auf viamero.com selbst setzen wir nur die in Abschnitt 3.2b beschriebenen Cookies _fbp/_fbc des Meta-Pixels ein — und auch das nur, wenn du aktiv zugestimmt hast. Das in Abschnitt 3.2 beschriebene Analyse-Tool bleibt von Haus aus cookielos.

Das ist unabhängig von Cookies oder ähnlichen Tracking-Technologien, die externe Buchungs- oder Affiliate-Anbieter auf ihrer eigenen Website setzen können, sobald du einem Link weg von Viamero folgst, wie in Abschnitt 2 oben beschrieben — diese werden vom jeweiligen Anbieter kontrolliert und unterliegen dessen eigenen Datenschutz- und Einwilligungspraktiken, nicht unseren.

Abgesehen von Cookies ist der einzige Browser-Speicher, den wir direkt kontrollieren, eine kleine Anzahl von LocalStorage-Einträgen auf deinem eigenen Gerät, die nur dazu dienen, dass die Website und die App so funktionieren, wie du es erwartest:

Informativa sulla privacy

Versione breve: i tuoi dati di viaggio — ogni destinazione, data e prezzo che inserisci — sono salvati localmente nel tuo browser; non abbiamo un database di viaggio lato server né account utente. Alcune azioni specifiche comunicano con servizi esterni per tuo conto: la ricerca di località va direttamente a Geoapify, la ricerca voli passa dal nostro server verso Duffel, e alcuni link di prenotazione o di confronto prezzo utilizzano partner di affiliazione, come spiegato più avanti. Nessuno di questi servizi vede il tuo viaggio nel suo insieme, e nessuno di essi fa sì che Viamero ne conservi una copia — ciascuno gestisce solo la singola ricerca o il singolo link richiesto. Utilizziamo inoltre uno strumento di analisi senza cookie per il numero approssimativo di visite e un numero limitato di eventi di prodotto anonimi (ad es. "è stato creato un viaggio") — nessun cookie di tracciamento. Il Meta Pixel è l'unica cosa realmente disattivata per impostazione predefinita: si carica e imposta cookie solo dopo che hai attivamente acconsentito tramite la preferenza sui cookie di marketing proposta su ogni pagina.

1. L'app Viamero (viamero.com/demo e viamero.com/plan)

L'app di Viamero non dispone di un database né di account utente. I tuoi dati di viaggio salvati — ogni destinazione, data e prezzo che inserisci — vengono salvati localmente nella memoria del tuo browser (LocalStorage), sul tuo dispositivo. Viamero non conserva una copia lato server del tuo viaggio né un database di viaggio. Se cancelli i dati del browser o utilizzi un dispositivo o browser diverso, questi dati vengono persi — non possiamo recuperarli, perché non li abbiamo mai avuti.

Questo non significa che non venga mai inviata alcuna informazione. Quando utilizzi attivamente determinate funzioni — ad esempio la ricerca di una località o di un volo, oppure il seguire un link di affiliazione — i singoli dati necessari per quell'azione specifica vengono trasmessi al servizio interessato, come spiegato nelle sezioni seguenti. Nessuna di queste funzioni invia l'intero viaggio, e nessuna comporta che Viamero ne conservi una copia in seguito.

Gestiamo inoltre un numero limitato di funzioni serverless per funzionalità come la ricerca voli e alcune integrazioni di link di affiliazione, come descritto nelle relative sezioni qui sotto. Ciascuna di esse gestisce esclusivamente la singola richiesta di ricerca o di link che le viene sottoposta e non conserva una copia lato server del tuo viaggio.

Quando segui un link di affiliazione, i nostri network di affiliazione e i partner di prenotazione potrebbero trattare i dati necessari per il tracciamento del rinvio e della conversione, come descritto nella sezione 2 qui sotto.

A parte il seguire un link di affiliazione, l'app non utilizza cookie e non richiede un account, un indirizzo email o altri dati personali per essere utilizzata. Invia un numero limitato di eventi di prodotto anonimi e aggregati al nostro strumento di analisi senza cookie descritto al punto 3.2 — ad esempio, che è stato creato un viaggio, aggiunta una destinazione o una voce, duplicato uno scenario, cliccato un link verso un fornitore di prenotazione, o utilizzata la funzione di condivisione. Questi eventi non includono mai il contenuto reale del tuo viaggio (destinazioni, date, prezzi o qualsiasi altro dato inserito) — solo il fatto che l'azione sia avvenuta.

Altre due funzioni operano allo stesso modo, interamente sul tuo dispositivo: l'esportazione di un viaggio crea un file scaricato direttamente dal tuo browser, e l'importazione di un viaggio legge un file da te scelto, anch'essa in modo del tutto locale — in nessuno dei due casi i dati passano da un server di Viamero. Allo stesso modo, la condivisione di un viaggio apre semplicemente il programma di posta elettronica del tuo dispositivo con un messaggio precompilato; anche in questo caso non ci viene inviato nulla.

2. Link di affiliazione e tracciamento

Viamero rimanda a fornitori di viaggi e prenotazioni di terze parti, così puoi verificare prezzi, disponibilità o proseguire la tua prenotazione sui loro siti web. Alcuni di questi link sono link di affiliazione. Se segui un link di affiliazione e in seguito effettui una prenotazione, Viamero può ricevere una commissione, senza costi aggiuntivi per te.

I link di affiliazione possono contenere parametri di tracciamento o di rinvio che consentono al rispettivo network di affiliazione o fornitore di prenotazione di attribuire una visita o una prenotazione a Viamero. In questo contesto, il fornitore o il network di affiliazione può trattare informazioni come la pagina di provenienza, l'orario del clic e informazioni sul browser o sul dispositivo.

Eventuali cookie o tecnologie di tracciamento simili utilizzati dopo che hai lasciato Viamero sono generalmente controllati dal rispettivo sito web di terze parti e sono soggetti alle pratiche di privacy e consenso di tale fornitore.

Laddove Viamero utilizzi un network di affiliazione o un altro servizio per generare link di prenotazione, ulteriori informazioni sul relativo trattamento dei dati sono fornite di seguito.

3. Questo sito web (viamero.com)

Quando visiti questo sito web di marketing, trattiamo i seguenti dati limitati:

3.1 File di log del server (hosting)

Questo sito è ospitato da Netlify, Inc. Come praticamente ogni hosting web, i server di Netlify registrano automaticamente informazioni tecniche standard per ogni richiesta — come indirizzo IP, tipo e versione del browser, pagina di provenienza, data e ora — allo scopo di gestire, proteggere e correggere il sito. Non combiniamo questi dati con altre fonti di dati e non li utilizziamo per la profilazione o il marketing. Questi log vengono conservati solo per il tempo necessario a tali finalità, in linea con le prassi di conservazione di Netlify, e non vengono conservati separatamente da noi. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f, GDPR) al funzionamento sicuro e affidabile del nostro sito. 3.1b Ricerca voli – limitazione della frequenza delle richieste

Quando cerchi voli all'interno dell'app, la tua richiesta passa attraverso il nostro server prima di raggiungere il nostro fornitore di dati di volo, Duffel. Per proteggere questo endpoint di ricerca da abusi automatizzati e costi non necessari, il nostro server tiene temporaneamente traccia del tuo indirizzo IP in memoria, esclusivamente per applicare un limite alla frequenza delle richieste (attualmente circa 15 ricerche al minuto). Questo indirizzo IP non viene mai scritto in un file di log, in un database o in qualsiasi altra memoria persistente — esiste solo nella memoria di lavoro del server per una finestra scorrevole di 60 secondi e viene poi eliminato automaticamente. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f, GDPR) a proteggere questo endpoint da abusi e a controllare i costi operativi.

3.1c Ricerca di località (Geoapify)

Quando digiti un luogo, un aeroporto o un indirizzo in un campo di ricerca — ad esempio per impostare il punto di partenza o di arrivo del tuo viaggio, o per inserire altre località nel planner — il testo che inserisci viene inviato direttamente dal tuo browser a Geoapify GmbH (Gersthofen, Germania), affinché possa mostrarti suggerimenti pertinenti. Questa richiesta va direttamente dal tuo dispositivo ai server di Geoapify — non passa attraverso alcun server di Viamero, non viene registrata né memorizzata da noi. Come per qualsiasi richiesta diretta a un'API esterna, il tuo indirizzo IP è visibile a Geoapify nell'ambito di tale richiesta. I servizi di Geoapify girano su infrastrutture situate nell'UE. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f, GDPR) a offrire una ricerca di località funzionante, elemento centrale dello strumento di pianificazione. 3.1d Link di affiliazione Travelpayouts

Viamero utilizza Travelpayouts (gestito da Go Travel Un Limited, Hong Kong) per fornire link di affiliazione verso servizi di viaggio selezionati. Questi link contengono informazioni di rinvio che consentono di attribuire visite e prenotazioni successive a Viamero.

Quando segui un link di questo tipo, il relativo fornitore di viaggi e/o Travelpayouts possono trattare informazioni tecniche e di rinvio, come il tuo indirizzo IP, informazioni sul browser o sul dispositivo, l'orario della visita e l'identificatore di affiliazione di Viamero, in conformità con le rispettive informative sulla privacy.

Poiché Travelpayouts opera al di fuori dell'UE/SEE, l'utilizzo dei suoi servizi può comportare un trasferimento internazionale di dati personali. Per maggiori informazioni, consulta l'informativa sulla privacy di Travelpayouts.

3.2 Analisi del sito e dell'app

Utilizziamo Umami, in una configurazione senza cookie, per raccogliere statistiche di utilizzo aggregate per questo sito e per l'app. Umami non utilizza cookie né altri identificatori persistenti — le visite vengono abbinate solo tramite un hash tecnico rotante e non persistente, non tramite il tuo indirizzo IP grezzo o un altro identificatore a te riconducibile.

Su questo sito di marketing, Umami registra il numero approssimativo di visite — visualizzazioni di pagina, pagine di provenienza e posizione a livello di paese, derivata brevemente dal tuo indirizzo IP, che non viene memorizzato da Umami.

All'interno dell'app, Umami registra inoltre gli eventi di prodotto denominati elencati al punto 1 (ad esempio, che è stato creato un viaggio o cliccato un link verso un fornitore di prenotazione). Questi eventi sono conteggi aggregati di azioni, non una registrazione riconducibile a te come persona identificabile, e non includono mai il contenuto del viaggio.

Poiché questa configurazione non utilizza cookie né memorizza identificatori persistenti, per questo trattamento ci basiamo sul legittimo interesse (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f, GDPR) anziché sul consenso. Maggiori informazioni sono disponibili nell' informativa sulla privacy di Umami.

3.2b Cookie di marketing: Meta Pixel

A differenza dello strumento sopra indicato, il Meta Pixel (fornito da Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) è un cookie di marketing ed è disattivato per impostazione predefinita. Si carica, imposta i suoi cookie (_fbp, e _fbc se sei arrivato tramite un link pubblicitario) e invia dati solo dopo che hai cliccato attivamente su "Accetta marketing" nel banner delle preferenze sulla privacy mostrato su ogni pagina — mai prima, e mai come conseguenza dello scorrimento della pagina, della chiusura del banner o semplicemente continuando a navigare.

Finalità: misurare le prestazioni delle nostre campagne pubblicitarie (ad esempio su Instagram e Facebook) e capire cosa fanno le persone dopo aver cliccato su uno dei nostri annunci — ad esempio, se iniziano a pianificare un viaggio o ne creano uno. Utilizziamo eventi standard del Meta Pixel oltre a un numero limitato di eventi personalizzati legati a specifiche azioni nell'app (avvio del planner, creazione di un viaggio, creazione di uno scenario aggiuntivo). Questi eventi non includono mai il contenuto reale del tuo viaggio, e non inviamo a Meta il tuo nome, il tuo indirizzo email o altre informazioni direttamente identificative.

Puoi modificare o revocare questo consenso in qualsiasi momento tramite il link "Impostazioni cookie" nel footer di questo sito, oppure tramite la sezione "Privacy" delle impostazioni dell'app. La revoca interrompe ogni ulteriore attività del Meta Pixel e rimuove i cookie _fbp/_fbc sul nostro dominio. Base giuridica: il tuo consenso (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a, GDPR), che puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento effettuato prima della revoca. 3.3 Font

Questo sito utilizza i font "Raleway" e "Fraunces", serviti direttamente dal nostro hosting e non dai server di Google o di un altro fornitore di font di terze parti. Il caricamento di una pagina non stabilisce quindi alcuna connessione con Google o altri fornitori esterni di font, e per questo scopo non viene trasmesso alcun dato a terzi.

3.4 Contatto via email

Quando questo sito rimanda a info@viamero.com, il clic apre semplicemente il tuo programma di posta elettronica — in questo processo non raccogliamo né memorizziamo alcun dato. Un'eventuale email che decidi di inviarci viene trattata esclusivamente per rispondere alla tua richiesta e non viene condivisa con terzi.

4. Cookie e memoria locale

Su viamero.com stesso, gli unici cookie che utilizziamo sono _fbp/_fbc del Meta Pixel descritti al punto 3.2b — e solo se hai attivamente acconsentito. Lo strumento di analisi descritto al punto 3.2 resta privo di cookie per progettazione.

Questo è indipendente da eventuali cookie o tecnologie di tracciamento simili che i fornitori esterni di prenotazione o di affiliazione possono impostare sui propri siti una volta che segui un link che ti porta fuori da Viamero, come descritto al punto 2 sopra — questi sono controllati dal rispettivo fornitore e soggetti alle sue pratiche di privacy e consenso, non alle nostre.

Oltre ai cookie, l'unica memoria del browser che controlliamo direttamente è un numero limitato di voci LocalStorage sul tuo dispositivo, usate solo per far funzionare il sito e l'app come ti aspetti:

Queste voci di LocalStorage servono esclusivamente a ricordare i tuoi dati, le tue preferenze e le tue scelte sulla privacy sul tuo dispositivo. Non vengono utilizzate per tracciare la tua attività tra diversi siti web e non vengono trasmesse a Viamero né a terzi. La tua scelta sui cookie di marketing determina semplicemente se il Meta Pixel opzionale descritto sopra può essere caricato.
